Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 is accelerating the transformation of the economy from relying on resources as the main thing to an economy based on knowledge resources with the pillar of the internet and digital. The digital economy was born to replace the traditional economy. Therefore, it is necessary to change the labor structure according to which digital human resources must be focused on development. The article clarifies the concept, connotation and characteristics of digital human resources; proposing a number of solutions to develop digital human resources in Vietnam
