About the Journal

The biannual journal Re(senhas) emerges as a space dedicated to the publication of translations of chapters, critical reviews, poetic reviews, experience reports, expanded abstracts, and essays, with the aim of fostering academic and cultural dialogue. The name *Re(senhas)* is inspired by the thought of the philosopher and sociologist Jean Baudrillard, who explored the idea of simulation and the relationship between reality and representations. Just as Baudrillard questions the nature of reality in a world saturated with images and signs, *Re(senhas)* proposes a critical reflection on newly published works, encouraging a deeper reading that goes beyond the mere reproduction of ideas.

With a bilingual approach, the journal seeks to expand access to knowledge and promote the exchange of perspectives between different languages and cultures. Each submission is peer-reviewed, ensuring the academic quality of the publications while respecting the ethics and originality of the work. Re(senhas) thus establishes itself as an essential platform for contemporary literary and academic criticism, encouraging authors to contribute their analyses and reflections.
